The only mount you'll need
The Zn Dual holds monitors that range from 2kg - 9kg and 17" - 35" on each arm, allowing for a wide range of compatibility.

The Zn Dual is available in desk-clamp mode that's compatible with desks that have a thickness of 20-60mm. Eat as little as 110mm into the top of your desk, and 60mm into the bottom of your desk when using the desk clamp.
When used with its included grommet mount, the Zn Dual works with desks not thicker than 60mm.

- All orders will be processed daily every Monday to Friday excluding Selangor public holidays at 8:30 a.m. Any order received after 8:30 a.m. will be processed on next working day.
- For any order that has been processed, cancellation is NOT allowed.
- In normal circumstances, all our orders will be shipped out using DHL Express Malaysia.
- Tracking number will be sent to your registered email / contact number once the item has been processed and you may track your parcel through DHL tracking website.
- If there is no shipping status when you track the parcel, it means that your order is still under processing and yet to shipped out.
- Order will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 working days, except during mega sales campaign such as 11.11 and etc which will take 2-3 working days.
- In normal circumstances, the orders will take 3-5 working days to arrive for Klang Valley and 3-9 working days for Out of Klang Valley area after shipping out.
- Any delay in delivery, stolen and lost packages are strictly at the responsible of the courier company. However, we will try our best to assist on expediting the delivery or getting the refund if any of the above stated happened.

- Cut-off time for next working day delivery is at 4:15 p.m.
- Any order after 4:15 p.m. will be taken as next day order and the delivery will be done on the following working day.

- Self-collection can be done at our warehouse at 18, Jalan 19/1, Seksyen 19, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday. Please note that ONLY processed order can be collected. If you make an order after our processing hour, self-collection will be only be available at next working day.
