Should the monitor panel be diagnosed to contain or exceed the following number of non-conforming pixels within the duration of the Warranty period, the LCD panel is then considered a defect and can be claimed as in warranty service.
Our Non-conforming Pixel policy is 3 Bright, 5 Dark, or Total of 5 mixed pixels to be eligible for the warranty claim.

Our monitor arms are covered by a 2-year local warranty.
If you experience any problems with your monitor arm within the first 2 years of ownership, we will happily repair or replace it at no cost to you.
In the unlikely event that you received a damaged product upon delivery, please report it to us immediately within 7 days from the receipt of the item at support@elementone.com.my, and rest assured that our Customer Service Team is available to help you with your concern.

We want to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days within Klang Valley area and 3 to 9 working days for locations outside the of Klang Valley area.

You can track your order two ways! Please allow 1-2 working days to package and process your order.
1. If you have an email address or contact number on file, you will receive a Shipment Notification email or SMS once your order has shipped. Simply click on the tracking link to be redirected to the courier tracking page, or
2. Simply reach out to our Customer Service team through chat, email or phone, and provide your order number so our representative can assist you to track your package.
Self-collection can be done at our warehouse at 18, Jalan 19/1, Seksyen 19, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday. Please note that ONLY processed order can be collected. If you make an order after our processing hour, self-collection will be only be available at next working day.
